Billing Management

Manage your account's financial health through the centralized Plan Subscription dashboard. This section allows you to track minute usage, upgrade your plan, and manage add-ons for your automated campaigns.

1. Plan Overview

Your current subscription status is displayed at the top of the billing page.

  • Current Plan: Displays your active tier (e.g., Pro).
  • Minutes Tracking: Monitor your Total Minutes and Remaining Minutes in real-time.
  • Plan Expiry: View your Next Billing And Plan Expiry date to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Usage Analytics: A visual percentage chart displays your minute consumption (e.g., 26.06% Used).

2. Adding Credits & Minutes

If you exceed your plan's included minutes, you can purchase Add-ons or top up your wallet.

Add-on Minutes

You can buy additional minute bundles tailored to your needs:

  • Nexus: 300 minutes.
  • Pro: 150 minutes.
  • Elite: 100 minutes.

Payment Process

When purchasing add-ons or new phone numbers, the platform provides a secure checkout interface:

  • Order Details: View a transparent breakdown of the Amount, Up Front Fees, and the Total Amount.
  • Feature Confirmation: Verification that the purchase includes necessary services like SMS and Voice capabilities.
  • Payment Modes: Choose between multiple secure options:
    • UPI: For instant mobile payments.
    • Cards: Supports major Credit and Debit cards.

3. Subscription Features

Upgrading to higher tiers like the Pro plan unlocks advanced capabilities:

  • Extra Minutes: Increased monthly allowance.
  • Extra Concurrent Calls: Run more automated calls simultaneously.
  • New Phone Numbers: Ability to acquire and manage more lines.
  • Boosted Queuing: Prioritized processing for high-volume call queues.

4. Telephony & Number Billing

Managing phone numbers involves both one-time and recurring costs.

  • Auto-Pay Status: You can toggle Auto-Pay to Active to ensure your number subscriptions do not lapse.
  • Subscription Status: Monitor if a number is Active or On Hold (typically due to insufficient credits).
  • Number Release: If a number is no longer needed, use the Release button to stop recurring charges.

Pro Tip: Regularly check your Usage tab to see a detailed history of your consumption and avoid mid-campaign pauses due to reaching your minute limit.

⚠️

Important: Ensure your Auto-Pay is configured correctly for critical business numbers. If a payment fails and the status moves to "On Hold," the number may be released back to the provider.
