Greeting Message
The Greeting Message is the first thing your assistant says the moment a call connects before any conversation logic runs. It sets the tone and gives the caller an immediate sense of who they're speaking with.
It supports dynamic variables using {Name} syntax, which pulls contact data in
at runtime so the assistant opens with a personalized introduction rather than a
generic one.

Keep your greeting short one to two sentences. The caller needs to hear who is calling and why before they decide to engage. Long greetings cause early hang-ups.
