Phone Number Management
To initiate outbound AI calls or receive inbound queries, you need a verified phone number linked to your account. You can either Buy a Number directly from the platform or BYON (Bring Your Own Number) via third-party providers.
1. Buy a Number
Purchasing a number directly is the fastest way to get your campaigns running.
- Filter by Region: Search for numbers by country and area code to maintain a local presence for your leads.
- Instant Activation: Once the purchase is confirmed, the number is immediately added to your inventory and can be assigned to an AI Assistant.
2. BYON (Bring Your Own Number)
If you already have a telephony infrastructure, you can integrate your existing carrier accounts.

Once you have obtained your credentials, enter your API Key and Connection Id into the Enter Import Details section and click Import Number to link your existing infrastructure
3. Payments & Account Balance
The platform operates on a credit-based system to handle telephony costs and monthly number rentals.
Adding Credits
To fund your outbound calls or maintain active number subscriptions, you must top up your wallet:
- Wallet Top-up: Maps to Settings → Billing to add credits to your account.
- Multiple Payment Methods: We support a wide variety of secure payment options including UPI, and Credit/Debit cards.
- Real-time Balance: Your balance updates automatically upon a successful transaction, ensuring no interruption to your active campaigns.
Free Use Case
- Trial Credits: If you are using a "Free Use Case" account, you may have access to complimentary trial credits to explore the platform's features.
- Transition to Paid: Once your trial credits are exhausted, simply visit the Billing Page to add funds to your wallet.
4. Managing Your Numbers
- Assigning Assistants: Link specific numbers to different AI Assistants to control your outbound Caller ID.
- Status Tracking: Monitor your numbers to ensure they are
Active. - Recurring Fees: Monthly rental fees for "Buy Number" options are automatically deducted from your available balance.
5. Troubleshooting
Billing If your credits are exhausted, your active phone numbers may be suspended. Enable low-balance notifications in your Billing Settings to stay informed.
Pro Tip: Always include the country code when adding contacts manually or via CSV to ensure your phone numbers can correctly dial out.
Important Note: Ensure your account balance is sufficient to cover the recurring monthly costs of any active number subscriptions to prevent them from being released.
